Text Box: Autumn has arrived to a thirsty Masoyi, with long awaited rain. It has been a hot, dry summer: very difficult for our food gardens, very difficult for our patients and orphans as there is no food or water security at the best time. Yesterday we had hail the size of golf balls and drenching rain for 45 minutes. Four of our gardens received only a dampening.
We cry out to Him as our Provider knowing He wants to use us to bless His needy children here. What a joy it is to love and serve at the centre of His will. Usually that means we are far out of our comfort zone so we know that ‘in Him we live and move and have our being.” In the current climate of weather and war we need the calm of Matthew 24 to “hold out to the end.”
This really is a new year for Masoyi as the local peoples ownership and growth of their project blooms to fullness: an assistant (Jabulile) orphan-coordinator has brought light to a heavy load, nurses work hours Text Box: Masoyi Home Based Care
